Hello Everbody,
I am Alastair Lewis. I studied jazz, classical under the tutelage of Demi Fernandez amongst others. After schooling, read the University of South Africa (UNISA) examinations for classical guitar. Thereafter attended the Technikon Natal in Durban, South Africa to study for a Light-Music diploma specialising in the writing, recording, performance of practical music (jingles, backround music, tv music).
My primary instruments are: a nylon string Giannini, made in Brazil; a german Muller acoustic piano. My notation is all scribed using Finale Allegro notation software. My catalogue of free sheet music features a mixture of grades mainly from beginner to intermediate. (Collapse)...(Read more)

This piece by the composer Alastair Lewis is a piece for solo guitar, it is a free sheet music suitable for a beginner student. The piece is in the key of E minor, which as 1 sharp, f#. But the piece also frequently uses the E melodic minor scale which has an additional 2 sharps, c# and d#. The tempo of the music is an easy-going Andantino, and has a time signature of 3/8. The duration of the music is about 40 seconds.
The first section features a melody accompanied by bass notes. The second section has more arpeggios, and also features an interesting bass line which falls on the off-beat.
