About the artist

I was born in 1959. At the age of nine I started playing the piano. After completing piano lessons at the local music school, aged 17, I haven't had any further musical education. Having worked as a biologist for some time, I switched to IT. After 25 years in the IT department of the local hospital, I have now retired.
I like to improvise on the piano, and with the help of music notation software I try to capture some of my improvisations.

I have discovered your music by chance. I am an italian pianist but music isn't my profession, even if I have read a lot of music score until today. I think that your compositions are very interesting because they have a strong rhythmic character that it is not easily to find in composition.
