Le "Orfeo ed Euridice" (Orphée et Eurydice) est un
opéra composé par Christoph Willibald Gluck basée
sur le mythe d'Orphée et mis sur un livret de Ranieri
de Calzabigi.
Gluck "Orphée et Euredice", l'un des points tournants

Ranieri de Calzabigi pour ce qu'ils avaient entrepris

claire défi encore vu ou entendu aux conventions
moribonds de l'italien "opera seria". Musicalement, il
s'est avéré être un travail de la franchise
inégalée, concis dans ses effets, plaine dans son
discours, écrasante dans son impact.
Le sujet de l'opéra est l'Orphée de la mythologie
grecque, le célèbre poète et chanteur qui pourrait
animaux sauvages charme avec sa musique. Quand sa femme
est morte Euradice il la suivit dans l'Hadès et a
remporté son dos par son art à la condition qu'il ne
doit pas la regarder jusqu'à ce qu'il atteigne de
nouveau le monde. (Il l'a fait, avec des conséquences
désastreuses prévisible!)
La Danse des Esprits bienheureux se produit dans
l'Acte 2 de l'opéra, et se compose d'un «rondeau»
pour cordes avec deux flûtes flottant au-dessus de la
mélodie, une chanson que personne qui a entendu une
fois, il est probable d'oublier. La beauté calme
contemplatif des Champs-Elysées est parfaitement
capté par cette musique qui est à la fois tranquille
et en même temps semble être en quelque sorte fileté
avec mélancolie.
Bien qu'à l'origine écrite pour l'opéra, cet
arrangement met en évidence l'élégance envoûtante
de la flûte.
