Specifications : Smooth Surface Footboard The newly designed classic style footboard features lightweight construction and smooth surface, making it a great choice for any drumming style. Center Strike Height Adjust By simply loosening the square head bolt of the side pillar, you can change the height of the beater shaft. This makes it possible to have the beater strike the center of the bass drum without using a bass drum lifter or adjusting the length of the beater. Easy Access Spring Adjustment This unique Easy Adjust Spring Post allows you to adjust the spring tension while still sitting on the drum throne because of its top mounted construction. This means you can adjust the tension while actually checking the resulting feel simultaneously. The Classic Beater This traditional style round beater has a slightly tapered shape. It allows you to hit the bass drum evenly, and provides a warm sound with clear articulation. (available as an individual item) Individual Adjustment of Beater and Footboard Angle Using a drum key, you can adjust the beater angle as desired. Also, by changing the chain position on the sprocket, you can adjust the footboard angle independently of the beater angle. Easy-Tight Hoop Clamp We set the screw to tighten the hoop clamp on the outside of the pedal frame, making it quick and easy to set and remove. Compact Folding Design This pedal can be folded compactly to store it in a pedal bag. By tilting the spring post toward you, it becomes a compact right-angle triangle. While super complex and technical playing can wow audiences, sometimes a simpler and stripped down approach is even more moving. Sometimes, eliminating everything but the most essential can produce greater creativity and boosts interaction between players and audiences. A similar relationship exists between players and their instruments. Very simple instruments and setups can often conversely stimulate the creativity of players. The Classic Pedal is just that a drum pedal taking a sophisticated path to simplicity, to stimulate joy and creativity from its player. Due to their simple, user-friendly nature, vintage pedals have remained popular in modern times, when technology and innovation abound. While taking inspiration from vintage models, we also incorporated years of product research and development, and condensed it into this simple structure. The streamlined footboard was carefully designed, with great attention to detail, so that it is easy to use in any playing style. We developed a height adjustment mechanism that precisely strikes the center of the head, for a range of bass drum sizes. And above all, its weight balance achieves a very natural feel and response, while still delivering power and nuance. This comfortable feeling allows that player to forget about the pedal itself and instead focus on playing music, naturally inspiring joy and creativity.

The use of 18v batteries enables the player to attain unaltered natural sounds with strong and powerful outputs. With the 3-band EQ, players are able to carry out versatility in sounds that will be suited for all music sessions and performances. All models are built with the option of both active and passive modes. Even in the passive mode, the volume, tone, and pickup balancer are fully functional, giving the players more control of the tone in any mode. All models also come with swappable midrange control options that Marcus Miller advocates as a must have option. The middle frequency control knob allows the players to set the sound frequency to anywhere between 80Hz~2,000Hz. This option will be very handy when trying to find the desired sound The Marcus Miller Pure-H Humbucker (MMPH set) is a humbucker pickup set made with US Enamel coil. This humbucker-type pickup is a pickup set with a strong output that gives a punchy and solid mid-range sound. Marcus Pure-H humbucker Pickups feature a higher resolution and clearer sound. We have been collaborating with Marcus Miller to tailor the best sound balance and it will be introduced in the 2nd Gen series. The exterior of the pickup has also been upgraded as it is now embossed with a logo. ROLLED FRETBOARD EDGES We have taken the overall playability to the next level with the ROLLED FRETBOARD EDGES.What only custom shops can achieve, is now available in the Sire 2nd Gen series. These rounded edges will give players a firmer and more natural grasp, compared to the typical fretboards. We were well aware of the difficulties we would face in our ambition to apply the rolled fretboard edges in a mass production factory. Together with the production team, we worked tirelessly to make this theory a reality. This was quite a challenge, almost an impossible mission. We tried making several adjustments to the production process and even introduced a new machine. Since our Sire basses also have bindings, this made it exceptionally challenging, way beyond our imaginations. But eventually, we found the answers and we are ecstatic to present the Rolled Fretboard Edges in all our 2nd Generation models. DOUBLE CARBON FIBER REINFORCEMENT ROD Sire s 5 string bass guitars are made with Double Carbon Fiber Reinforcement Rods. 5 string bass guitars tend to have weak neck binding structures due to strong string tensions. For this reason, many high-end 5 string basses are made with Carbon Rods. Therefore, to maintain neck stiffness and stability, two carbon rods are applied to all Sire s 5 string bass guitars. We call this Double Carbon Fiber Reinforcement Rod. NEW MARCUS MILLER MODERN BASS TYPE With both classic and modern feel and design, this new bass can produce the desired sound for all genres of music from soft to even strong metal grunge. For an added special touch of detail, the M2 truss rod cover and black plate is also made with real wood for a premium look and feel. The M7 is built with solid hard maple top as would all premium guitars. The solid top produces a rich, vibrant and clear tone compared to a veneer top. SWAMP ASH Premium Swamp Ash tone wood is usually found in higher priced instruments. Swamp Ash tone wood is known to produce a well-balanced tone. It is highly resonant and offers a nice balance of pleasant highs, firm lows, and a slightly scooped midrange which is great for slap playing. The characteristics of this wood enable players to emulate Marcus Miller s tone a step further NORTH AMERICAN ALDER A popular choice for most bass guitars is the North American Alder. Other basses at this price range commonly use Basswood or Agathis tone wood but Sire Guitars chooses the traditional North American Alder which is known for its strong, clear full-bodied sound, with beefy mids and excellent lows that is perfect for the traditional jazz bass sound. STABLE AND ACCURATE TUNING Tuning Gear : Sire Basic Die casting Gear Equipped with SIRE s own diecasting gear machine heads developed with accurate gear ratio, the machine heads are very reliable in tuning. BONE NUT The nut is one of the most important parts of the guitar that influences the performance, playability, and tone of the instrument. Depending on the quality of the material and elasticity, the nut can either improve or degrade the sound. Although the bone nut is more costly and harder to work with, it is considered to deliver more balanced, clearer and smoother tones than plastic or other materials. EASE OF PLAYABILITY 1 PIECE HARD MAPLE NECK The neck is made with one-piece Canadian hard maple. The hardness and strength of the hard maple minimizes the movement and stabilizes the neck to maintain its original shape and condition. The one-piece neck also minimizes the loss of vibration and maximizes the tone sustainability for a lasting tone. EBONY FINGERBOARD Ebony fingerboards are made with very dense wood that delivers clear, crisp, and well-rounded tones. BATTERY COMPARTMENT The battery insertion compartment has changed from a plastic cover to an Ash wood battery cover for longer lasting durability and aesthetic upgrade.

The genuine BOSS and Roland Dimension effect is back, and it s now more versatile than ever! Designed in the premium Waza Craft analog tradition, the DC-2W offers not just a perfect sonic recreation of the original DC-2 Dimension C pedal, but also the legendary SDD-320 Dimension D studio rack effect it was based on. The DC-2W features the same intuitive four-button preset interface as the original 80s-era effects, now evolved with electronic switching that unlocks a multitude of sonic variations not available on the vintage units. Highly sought-after by musicians and audio engineers, the Dimension s unique spatial processing magically enhances the width and depth of any sound, from electric and acoustic guitars to keyboards, vocals, and other sources. Built from the original circuit designs and updated with modern refinements, the DC-2W is the only pedal available that delivers the classic Dimension experience with complete sonic authenticity. Premium Waza Craft pedal with all-analog audio circuitry Standard mode provides the sound of the original DC-2 Dimension C pedal SDD-320 mode authentically reproduces the vintage Roland SDD-320 Dimension D, a legendary studio rack effect heard on countless hit records Iconic four-button preset interface, updated with reliable electronic switches and LED status indicators Four main sounds in each mode, plus six variations by pressing two switches together (20 total sounds available) Premium buffer and enhanced bypass circuitry Versatile I/O for integrating with any mono or stereo application, from guitar and bass pedalboards to keyboards and studio mixing Made in Japan BOSS five-year warranty Enhance Your Sound with Natural Width and Depth The vintage Dimension effect is famous for its innovative 3D spatial processing that just makes everything sound a little better. It s often mistakenly called a chorus effect, but it s actually not. Though time-based like a chorus, the Dimension s circuit is quite unique and sophisticated, subtly enhancing the width and depth of the source audio without any prominent modulated movement. The resulting sound is more open and natural, gently enriching any instrument or mix without making it sound overly processed. Four Switches, Expanded Sonic Possibilities Just like the original Dimension effects, the DC-2W offers a simple and direct interface with four preset switches that provide sonic variations with increasing width and depth. While the originals had mechanical switches, the DC-2W is equipped with modern electronic switches and status LEDs for more solid performance. The new switches also allow you to press two at once to access a variety of additional sounds. Across the DC-2W s two effect modes (S and SDD-320), 20 different Dimension variations are possible with just four switches. Authentic Tones with Modern Refinements In the Waza Craft tradition, the DC-2W delivers vintage analog tones with modern design refinements for enhanced performance and versatility. Along with the new electronic mode switches, the pedal features a newly designed internal bypass circuit that greatly improves on that found in the original DC-2. In addition, versatile I/O enables the pedal to blend in with any mono or stereo rig, from regular guitar setups to audio interfaces and studio mixing consoles. And like all Waza Craft pedal models, the DC-2W includes a premium buffer circuit for ultra-transparent tone when the pedal is switched off. The Roland SDD-320 Dimension D: A Studio Legend Very quickly after its debut in 1979, the Roland SDD-320 Dimension D became a go-to secret weapon for audio engineers and music producers around the world. It can be heard on countless classic records in all genres, and is still regularly used today. From guitars, electric pianos, and synths to strings, backing vocals, and more, the Dimension D injects instant spatial mojo and sonic glue without creating an obvious effect sound. The DC-2W s SDD-320 mode fully captures the original Dimension D vibe in every way. Many engineers like to press multiple buttons on the Dimension D rack for new and different sounds. But in truth, only two actual sound variations are technically possible with this undocumented feature. With its modern switching, the DC-2W s SDD-320 mode enables six sound variations when two buttons are pressed, including four in-between sounds and two all-new voices. The BOSS DC-2 Dimension C: 3D Sound in a Compact Pedal Introduced in 1985, the DC-2 Dimension C pedal brought the Dimension D s distinctive spatial effect to the BOSS compact pedal format. While the Dimension D was designed as a studio effect that supported either mono or stereo input sources, the DC-2 was specifically created for mono sources like guitar, and features a modified circuit that produces a Dimension effect with a slightly different tonal flavor. When S (Standard) mode is selected, the DC-2W delivers the exact sound of the original DC-2 pedal. Despite players trying, pressing multiple buttons on the DC-2 didn t actually produce any sound variations. Similar to SDD-320 mode, pressing two buttons at once in the DC-2W s S mode provides access to six different in-between sounds not available on the original DC-2. Waza Craft: The Art of Superior Tone Since the beginning, the engineers at BOSS have been committed to achieving the finest guitar tones using any technology necessary, from old-school analog circuits to high-tech DSP. This enthusiastic spirit continues on with the Waza Craft series, which brings you exceptional tone and touch response through carefully selected analog components, refined circuitry, and meticulous attention to detail. In Japan, Waza is the term for art and technique, and these special edition pedals proudly carry the Waza symbol to represent the pinnacle of BOSS design and craftsmanship. More than ever, producers are making tracks using electronic instruments such as synthesizers and drum machines. And now, in collaboration with Dave Smith Instruments, we ve created a new monophonic synthesizer for music production and live performances: the TORAIZ AS-1. The synth is the second musical instrument in our TORAIZ series that brings new creative possibilities to the studio and stage, and its release follows the launch of our popular TORAIZ SP-16 live sampler in August 2016. The TORAIZ AS-1 is driven by a fully programmable, true analog synthesis engine based on the discrete analog circuitry in Dave Smith Instruments Prophet-6 synthesizer a modern reboot of his classic Prophet-5. Working closely with Dave Smith himself, we ve created a synth that produces powerful analog sound and makes an ideal addition to the set-ups of professional and aspiring producers. Our experience in making DJ equipment and production gear has been poured into the development of the new synth s user interface and performance features. The intuitive controls include parameter knobs that let you make both subtle and dramatic changes to the tone of your music to create your own personalised sound. You can use the touchpad-style keyboard and slider to manipulate sounds during performances. And it s easy to manipulate the seven on-board effects, which with the addition of a brand-new digital distortion come from the Prophet-6 synth. You can connect the TORAIZ AS-1 synth to the TORAIZ SP-16 live sampler via MIDI and use the sampler s sophisticated sequencer to create even more complex patterns with the powerful analog sounds you ve created in the synthesizer. Together, the two TORAIZ instruments can be connected to your DJM mixer via Pro DJ Link and MIDI, creating a set-up where the CDJs play the track, the TORAIZ SP-16 adds loops and one-shots, and the TORAIZ AS-1 generates unique analog leads in sync with the BPM of the music. KEY FEATURES OF THE TORAIZ AS-1 : True analog sound from Dave Smith Instruments Prophet-6 : Create your own fat bass and edgy lead sounds thanks to the synthesis engine at the core of the TORAIZ AS-1, which is based on the discrete analog circuitry of Dave Smith Instruments revered Prophet-6 synthesizer. The TORAIZ AS-1 has two voltage-controlled oscillators (VCO) with continuously variable triangle, sawtooth and pulse wave shapes. Sculpt your sound using the two voltage-controlled filters (VCF) also from the Prophet-6: a 4-pole, resonant low-pass filter that can self-oscillate and a 2-pole, resonant high-pass filter. Full programmability and 495 presets : Use the TORAIZ AS-1 to create one-of-a-kind sounds using two VCOs, two VCFs, one VCA, two EGs, and one LFO, then save each sound and its parameter settings as a program so you can access it later. There are 495 preset programs to give you inspiration, each with a different sound and 64-step sequence that can be edited independently. In addition, you can save up to 495 of your own programs in the five user banks, and you can assign up to 13 programs as Quick Programs to each key on the keyboard and instantly recall them at any time. VCO: Voltage-controlled amplifier EG : Envelope generator LFO : Low-frequency oscillator VCO : Voltage controlled oscillator FX from the Dave Smith Instruments Prophet-6 synthesizer : Get creative with the Prophet-6-derived dual effects engine. Add a single effect or pair two together to add extra texture to your sounds. True bypass preserves a pure analog signal path. * FX1: Bucket Brigade Delay, Distortion, Ring Modulation * FX2: Chorus, High-resonance Phaser, Low-resonance Phaser, Maestro Phaser Intuitive user interface and performance features : Create unique sounds and phrases using the intuitive touchpad-style keyboard and slider. Harness features such as the 64-step sequencer, arpeggiator and Scale Mode to bring even more creative possibilities to your performance. * Keyboard and Scale Mode: Use the touchpad-style keyboard to perform with the sounds you create. Use Scale Mode to change the notes assigned to the keys, choosing from any of the 21 on-board scales. You don t need a deep understanding of musical theory. Just select the scale in which you want to play and the TORAIZ AS-1 will make sure your performance is in perfect harmony. * Slider: Add dynamism to your performances by moving your finger up and down the slider to manipulate your choice of seven different parameters. Change the pitch of two oscillators at once, adjust the amount of FX, and more. The slider is sure to become an essential tool in your live performances. * Arpeggiator: Perform a repeating chord pattern by holding notes on the touchpad-style keyboard. Change it in real time, either by octave or by changing its key in semitones. Experiment with combinations of different scales, or match the scale with that of a track that s playing. * 64-step sequencer: Use the 64-step sequencer for step recording of patterns. Change the musical key of a pattern in real time by touching the relevant key of the keyboard during playback. Find inspiration from a preset sequence pattern and use Sequence Lock so you can play the keyboard and quickly edit the sound without editing the pattern that s playing. Three years ago, Darkglass Electronics released the Microtubes 900. An uncompromising, light, versatile and unapologetically loud bass amplifier. Its features and design embodied the Darkglass ethos like none of the brand s previous products. Now, a thousand days after the first Microtubes amplifier saw the light of day, Darkglass is proud to announce the next steps in their bass amplification evolution: Microtubes 900 v2 and Alpha·Omega 900. Microtubes 900 v2 features both of Darkglass celebrated Microtubes engines. From the powerful dynamic saturation circuit from the B3K to the classic overdriven tone from the Vintage Microtubes, clean, vintage and aggressive metal tones are only a stomp away. Alpha·Omega 900 s dual drive engine takes bass saturation to a new dimension: Alpha is punchy, tight with a lot of definition, whereas Omega is brutal and raw. Paired with the studio-grade VCA compressor, six-band graphic EQ and an obnoxiously loud 900-watt power section make for a monstrous amplifier with earth-shattering tone. Either of Darkglass signature drive engines adds incredible girth and size to the overdriven signal, but the addition of a studio-grade VCA compressor adds an extra layer of control and the ultra-quiet 6-band graphic equalizer will help sculpt the tone from aggressive and overdriven, to crystal clear clean. Whatever your tone needs may be, both models feature all the options the modern, professional bassist needs in a compact, sleek and powerful format. But there is more! Both amplifiers also feature MIDI for channel switching, and muting programmability, impulse response cabinet simulation, with up to three different storable virtual cabinets, auxiliary input, and headphone output, making the Microtubes 900 v2 and Alpha·Omega 900 not only among the most complete amplifier solutions for the touring musician, but also the ideal tools for silent practicing.

New Features at a glance A new ratio Eleven , which emulates a favorite classic compressor setting. New Two Color Front Panel Improved Logic Separate TRACKING LED, more intuitive display. Backwards stepping when a front panel button is held. New extended stereo link functions. More choices of how to lock compressors. Cooler running Logic Circuitry, resulting in an overall cooler operating temperature. Improved overall noise floor, due to lower logic power consumption. THE FAT GOES TO ELEVEN ELEVEN is a new compressor for the Fatso, replacing the old GP Ratio, and emulates the famous UREI 1176LN in 20:1, with the slowest attack, and fastest release. This 1176 setting has been used on countless hit records through the decades. With the slower 1176 attack, the transients keep the dynamics present, while the high ratio, can radically limit the dynamic range of any source, making it present and sitting in a nice little place in your mix. One can slam it, or just touch it with a few dB of compression. You will find it great on Vocals, Bass, acoustic guitars, drum room mikes, pianos etc. The ELEVEN ratio took several months of experimentation, and required a rather radical attack mod to get close. It was one of those projects that Dave Derr, the designer, thought would only take a few days, but upon initial research and listening tests, subtleties emerged which required starting over several times. I got in one of these design loops, where you would get one thing right, then change another parameter or component, and find that it changed the first thing you thought you had right. It was actually a long frustrating series of changes, that slowly spiraled towards the desired result. Any kind of math calculations or scaling seemed useless. In addition, while testing 1176 s, I discovered issues that I m quite sure were not intended by the original designers, and probably things of which they were not even aware. But using modern digital oscilloscopes and analyzers, along with digital workstations, and our good old ears, we could see artifacts that the original designers couldn t. Heck, they may have even tried to fix the little imperfections that gave the 1176 its unique character, had they the tools to see them. Thank gosh they didn t, right Anyway, the design loop was frustrating, but like anything that takes you to unexpected places, hopefully you come out a little bit wiser, and with a great product. I hope our customers find the new ELEVEN ratio fun to use, and discover it can add some more magic to your music. NOTE: ALL existing older Fatso Jr s can be modified to change the GP ratio to the new ELEVEN ratio. In addition, all Fatsos shipped from Empirical Labs since June 2013 have had the ELEVEN ratio already installed in the circuit, under the GP ratio, so if you bought a Fatso recently, you probably already have the equivalent EL7-X circuitry. NEW LOGIC AND INTERFACE OPERATION The original Fatso Jr could operate quite warm. Since heat is the enemy of reliability, we decided to do what we could to cool the unit down in this re-design. By replacing discrete logic with a microprocessor, and eliminating warm running and often unreliable display circuitry, the current draw was dropped over 20%, allowing the power supply and analog circuitry to benefit from a cooler running product. The new FATSO also has greatly improved interface operation. Holding any button in for a second will make the control step backwards, so the user doesn t have to cycle around to go back one step in setting one parameter. In addition, the Stereo Link is improved and offers a second link method by holding in both COMP buttons. It locks the compressors and Bypass logic together, and allows either channels buttons to control the settings. Much more foolproof. There is now a separate LED for the TRACK (Tracking) compressor, so that two LEDs do not have to be used, and interpreted by the user. SPANK is now a Blue LED delineated from the other compressors off to the side, to indicate that it is different and can be used in conjunction with the other ratios. Customers will find compressor selection more obvious and FUN. FATSO S FOUR TYPES OF PROCESSING Harmonic Generation and Soft Clipper (Distortion Generation) - this class A circuit gently rounds the peaks like saturated tubes or tape. High Frequency Saturation (Warmth) - a one-of-a-kind dynamic low pass filter which softens high frequencies when they pile up on a source. Transformer and Tape Head Emulation - a simulation of the effect of input and output transformers of older devices, which adds the low frequency harmonics that characterize them, as well as analog tape.. Classic Knee Compression - your typical automatic leveling device found on just about every instrument and vocal track as well as on the overall buss, done Empirical Labs compression smooth and sweet, but in your face!

After almost 7 years of making one of the finest high-end outboard gear lines in the industry, Heritage Audio is proud to introduce the Elite series. Leveraging the expertise and reputation obtained with its existing hand wired, extremely time-consuming hand soldered series, Heritage is able to offer a zero compromise, high quality yet very affordable new series of products. A combination of mass production, lean manufacturing and modern construction techniques minimizes hand labor and, therefore, its high associated costs when manufacturing takes place in Western Europe. By passing the savings straight into the end users pockets, Heritage Audio releases the most affordable outboard preamps and equalizers in its class up to date. Key components to obtain a true vintage sound are indeed maintained, like the industry standard Carnhill transformers, hand wound in St Ives, England. Manufactured in the same Spanish facilities as the rest of the HA line of products, the Elite Series will be available in January 2018. First models to be released in the series are the 1 rack unit format HA-73 single mic preamp. Specification: Made to the same specifications as the acclaimed 73JR, 73EQJR and DMA73 models. Industry standard Carnhill transformers hand wound in St Ives, England. 80dB, 3 stage fully discrete class A mic preamp. Line input on separate XLR for adding fat and warmth to prerecorded tracks. 20dB PAD on the mic input to avoid overloading the input transformer when desired. LOZ, switches the input impedance of the mic transformer from 1200 to 300 ohm. Ultra high impedance, JFET based D.I. Fully discrete 3 band classic equalizer with vintage correct inductors. Hi shelf at 12Khz. Mid band selectable between 6 different frequencies and OFF. Lo shelf selectable between 4 different frequencies and OFF Inductor based High Pass filter, frequency selectable between 4 different frequencies and OFF. 1 Rack unit format. External universal power supply for worldwide use.
