Vester's famous collections of studies are an ideal introduction to the stylistic aspects of music from the 17th - 20th century. Selected from the works of famous flautists such as Devienne Böhm and Köhler Vester's compilations are quite unique and are standard repertoire.

A terrific book of 20 modern studies for either Alto or Tenor saxophone. Each study deals with a particular aspect of rhythmic playing ranging from jazz rock and funk to contemporary classical. They are moderate length in order to maximise concentration on style and interpretation and have also been compiled in order of difficulty to enable the player to better gauge their progress. Selected as part of the ABRSM Alto Tenor and Baritone Saxophone examinations grades 4-6.

A Selection of easy pieces. Par BARTOK BELA. Bartók?s Mikrokosmos has been used by countless piano teachers and their students all over the world since its conception in the early twentieth century. It provides a solid foundation on which to build good technique and an early understanding of the very basics of music itself. These principles have, in Siegfried Steinkogler?s capable hands, made an excellent transition to guitar with these arrangements for two guitars. Only the easiest pieces have been used, with most of them using only five notes for each player beginning in the first position and slowly working through the volume to the fifth position. Five-part arrangements for junior string ensembles. Par IGUDESMAN ALEKSEY. Strings of the World 2 is challenging step up from the first volume (UE 38057) which was for beginners. This new volume introduces lively pieces in Aleksey Igudesman’s inimitable style that will stretch intermediate young players. Parts are also provided for the less advanced and the pieces can be performed with any combination of the two.
