Form-wise, the whole composition strikes me as maybe two distinct movements and then an allegro coda. Sonatina seems right to me in that you not only stay within similar motifs in each section, but also have created what feels like a unified composition. Single movement, three movements, four...? The sonatina and (longer) sonata have undergone many changes since the 18th century. There does not seem to be any clear DEFINITION of either any longer. But, it is no matter what you call it. You have written a very nice piece of music, period.
Wow! So clever and interesting from start to finish. A workout to play, for sure, but really skilled pianists could pull it off. Your attention to the details in scoring your music is really remarkable and the descriptions for tempo, accents, dynamic, etc. are always reflected in the performance. This is an extraordinary composition.
