Christian Gottlob August Bergt (1771 - 1837) was the
son of a Saxonian musician. He studied in Leipzig and
became organist in Bautzen, where he stayed for
lifetime. He was a fruitful composer of nearly all
genres, but now is nearly forgotten. He composed the
Terzettini for basset horn, viola and bassoon, which is
published by Rosewood Publications (England) RP134.
Here we present an arrangement of the piece for 3
basset horns.
