Chris Hancock is a phenomenal performer and arranger of church music! A pianist from a young age, his style is contemporary yet reverent, able to achieve deep emotions with fewer notes than expected. Hancock brings his own style to any hymn he plays for an offertory, and he is such a good improviser that when he repeats a hymn, he will often just come up with a new arrangement rather than try to remember the old one. Like a lot of improvisers, unfortunately, most of his arrangements are not written down, so to get one on paper is always a treat. Check back for more hymns!
