Kantate Zum Sonntag Laetare. Par TELEMANN GEORG PHILIPP. A cantata from the annual cycle “Musicalisches Lob Gottes” [1744], which celebrates Laetare [the third Sunday before Easter] – “rejoice” – with a jubilant opening chorus. According to Telemann’s notes, it can be performed in several different combinations of parts.
