12 Italian Madrigals-This book of twelve five-part mixed choruses has been put together and edited by Alfred Einstein. Although it illustrates historically the development of the madrigal over a period of sixty years the primary purpose of this collection is a musical one and the collection should give delight to those who love Renaissance music and a capella singing.
