The organ concerto in d minor was written by Antonio
Vivaldi at the begin of 18th century. The duke
Guillaume II of Saxe-Weimar coming back of Italy
brought a copy of this score to his choirmaster in
1715. Johann Sebastian Bach enjoyed the Vivaldi's style
but he wanted to add a personal arrangment and
transcribed it for organ.
