This brief exercise includes interesting modulations,
and chord technique.
The minuet has it's origins in a dance which features
triple time and moderate tempo. The name is adapted
from the italian word 'minuetto' meaning small, pretty
and delicate. At the height of the minuet's popularity
the dance was executed in a soft, slow and courtly
manner.
