Brancher's mouthpieces are the result of meticulous French manufacture at the service of demanding saxophonists. Ebony, a noble wood for a sound that is just as much. Available for soprano, alto, tenor and baritone saxophones, the Large Chamber, cut in an ebony bar, offers a sound similar to its ebonite counterpart. But the use of this very hard wood brings more compactness and harmonic to a sound that wants the purest possible. Precision machines, the guarantee of flawless quality. By choosing to work with metal bars or raw wood, Brancher avoids any air bubbles that could slip into a mold during manufacture, or cracks in the wood. The polishing is nevertheless artisanal and allows the workers to control each beak once before sending them to the veneer. Once finished, each spout is equipped with a flexible ligation with a nylon frame and a metal pressure plate, a cap, before being packaged in an elegant wooden box to be shipped to the four corners of the world.
