Growing from a simple idea of five musicians recording traditional Irish music together for the sheer love of it Dervish has grown to become one of the most important bands in Ireland performing everywhere from the Great Wall Of China to the spectacular Rock In Rio festival.Combining Mandola Flute Whistles Fiddle Accordion Vocals Bodhran Guitar Harmonica and Bouzouki their sound is deeply rooted in the Irish tradition.
