Und der Grund fur eine Reise in die Hauptstadt des Inselreichs waren zwei Manner in den Studios. Der legendare Walter Legge und sein Assistent, der aus Indien emigrierte Suvi Raj Grubb, der von 1963 an die Produktion der Schallplattenaufnahmen uberwachte und damit massgeblich zum Erfolg der Kunstler und des Labels beitrug.In seinen Erinnerungen lasst Grubb die Blutezeit der Schallplatte noch einmal Revue passieren und den Leser gleichsam als Insider teilnehmen an diesen Aufnahmen, lasst ihn all den beruhmten Kunstlern uber die Schulter blicken und sie bei ihrer Arbeit beobachten.
