Featuring 43 pieces, this book uses pedals and other techniques that would be known by advanced players. The scores of the Organ Book were first published in 1699 under another name before being republished under this name in 1711. J. S. Bach corrected these initial editions, and his corrections are still taken into account in this book. Organ Book is a good representation of the Organ music of the Louis XIV period. Bach this 7th Volume The Little Organ Book - Forty-five Organ Chorals is an edition of the Orgelbüchlein composed from 1708 to 1717. First published in 1940 this volume is translated in English and French and features the annotation of Marcel Dupré a French organist to help the performer get the most of this sheet music. These Forty-five Organ Chorals were all written with a religious theme (Advent Nativity New Year’s day Purification of the Virgin Passion Good Friday Passion Easter Whitsuntide). This volume can be used byintermediate players and above.

Ce travail par le compositeur et organiste Naji Hakim, né à Beyrouth en 1955 et actuellement vivant en France, a été commandée à l'occasion du 450e anniversaire de la Religionsfrieden d'Augsbourg (paix religieuse d'Augsbourg). Initialement composé pour ténor et quatuor à cordes (ED 9970), le travail a été arrangé par Hakim, qui a créé plus de versions pour ténor et orchestre à cordes (étude score ED 9969) et pour ténor et orgue.
