Both versions can be played on either a lever harp or a pedal harp. The easy arrangement is playable by advanced beginners, and requires 2 sharping lever changes. The advanced arrangement includes more chords, and additional sharping lever changes. Fingerings are included. Both versions include the little-known opening verse to this beloved song. The lyrics are printed in the music, so you can sing along as you play! These arrangements are reprinted from Sylvia Woods' harp book of music from The Wizard of Oz.

This companion CD will assist harp players in learning the pieces in the 50 Christmas Carols for All Harps book. Since many will want to ?play along? as they learn Sylvia has recorded most of the pieces slowerthan they are usually played and as ?straight? as possible with little or no expression or rhythmic variations. Each piece has two arrangements: (A) an easy version and (B) one that is more difficult. On theserecordings Sylvia plays version A directly followed by version B. Since the two versions can be played as a duet you can play either version along with the recording. The companion CD includes all the pieces from the book and inthe same order.

Gecko Tails. This suite of five original, whimsical compositions by Sylvia Woods was inspired by the cute little geckos that live in most of the houses of Hawaii. With their suction-cup toes, these symbols of good luck climb the walls and dance across the ceiling. Includes: Sticky Toes, View from the Ceiling, Dancing in the Waterfalls, Tropical Dreams, and The Gecko Stroll. The pieces are for intermediate harp players, and fingerings are included. There are no lever changes in the middle of any of the pieces. The book is 32 pages. The enclosed companion CD included the entire 12-minute suite. Playable on lever harps and pedal harps.

Companion CD to the Songbook-This companion CD will assist harp players in learning the pieces in the Pachelbel's Canon and Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring books. Since many will want to ?play along? as they learn Sylvia has recordedthese pieces slower than they are usually played and as ?straight? as possible with little or no expression or rhythmic variations. The Canon was recorded at a metronome marking of 92 and Jesu at 100. Inall of the duet versions one harp part is on one tract of the stereo and the second harp part (or the flute part) is on the other. If you can adjust the separate channels you can hear each part separately. The three versions ofthe Canon are played first in the original key of D and then in the key of G. All the versions of the Jesu are without repeats and go straight to the second ending.
