Jazz Inspirations: Seasons

25 Stücke für Gitarre solo-This repertoire book presents 25 pieces for classical guitar inspired by pop music designed to appeal to young students in particular. The collection contains melodic and atmospheric ballads as well as some great swing Latin ragtime and jazz style numbers. The pieces span a range of levels from easy to moderately difficult with complete fingerings and tempo indications. The accompanying CD provides first-class performances by the up-and-coming concert guitarist Julia Trintschuk. These are intended to give an example of interpretation and to encourage a deeper study of the music.
