Hi Jean Pierre....there are two ways I make my arrangements....in the case of Over the Rainbow, I used a commercial backing track and played the melody, then just improvised .....the other way I made arrangements is using Band in a Box....I key in the chords and melody and then just play the melody and then improvise.....I did study music at UCLA and taught music and had my own bands and quartets...so over the years I gathered the material I wanted....now I record a lot in the cold winter months, and less in the summer.....thanks for your comment....BE WELL
