He was born in S. Korea. He studied Music at the College of Music Seoul National University, Majoring in Composition. He studied for a Master's Degree in Conducting at the College of Music Seoul National University. His Doctoral Paper is " Analystical Research on Robert Schumann's Symphony Nr. 1 Op. 38 "Spring".
Now He is an Orchestra Conductor of The Muse Symphony Orchestra , The Shalom1 Orchestra and Asia Artist Director of Perrenoud-Founation International (Vienna Music Competition) He is also a Professor at the " Dong-Ah Institude of Media&Art".
