Truro is a piece of contrasts, with delicate solo
voices set against the power of the full organ. Quite
high, large sections are set at the upper range of most
organ manuals. A powerful Montre/Diapason with colour
reeds, will assist in creating the textures needed to
pull this off.
all of the colors you have created in this fantasia are really fascinating and so interesting. There is an internal integrity, too, that ties all of the elements together in an artistic, creative manner. I really enjoyed this piece and your performance of it.
↪ Thanks, it's my little homage to Widor too. It's part of a trio, with Canterbury and Cambridge being the other 2 pieces written more or less at the same time.
