Thanks for the comment; I
should have explained in the
description.
This piece started out on one
idea, and quickly changed
after the first 5 or so
measures. I decided not to
scrap the beginning for no
apparent reason. Since I
didn't get rid of it, I
decided to reference it
later.
Then I introduce a miniature
fugue. Why? I'm not sure.
Then there's that syncopation
section. For the most part, I
just wanted a more interesting
transition back to the melody
of measure 6 (or whatever it
is in the beginning).

Interest : Skill level : I like this piece, and 4-hand
piano in general, but only
have one piano, and nobody in
Paris area to play this piece
with me for the moment...
Maybe one day when my daughter
has grown up...

Interest : Skill level : Piano has been my hobby for
many years. I usually play
classical music, and am not
used to playing this kind of
pieces, but I really like this
atmosphere. It is a great and
funny piece!
