Arguably the most famous number of the Charlie Barnet Orchestra, Skyliner is a really punchy, up-tempo swinger, featuring a piano intro, unison brass carrying the melodic line, with clarinet-led saxes over the top and later on a cracking trombone soli. Both tenor sax parts are scored with the solo chords and the cameo trumpet solo can be taken by lead or second. The mp3 is complete.
