This is a familiar carol with some new twists. While retaining a traditional reverent flavor, there are many chord substitutions keeping it interesting. Most of the piece is in 5/4 with fairly frequent time changes. There are three verses and three choruses with none alike. Since the melody moves from voice to voice, some attention should be given to making sure the melody is always predominant. This arrangement is a challenge for a young groups, but worth the effort. TTBB a cappella.
