This bibliography is the result of an ever-growing demand to extend the current repertoi re. My own experience has shown that what is needed is a catalogue of works, which not only distinguishes between currently available editions and those out of print, but also states in which Library a manuscript or edition may be found. The present bibliography meets these requirements. In addition, I have collected information on a large number of unpublished works from many dictionaries and catalogues of composers' works; I am deeply grateful to the authors of these for the information given.
