5 Jazzy Cornet duets aimed at good intermediate-advanced players.
'1. A little ramblin', Very syncopated! '2. Syncobean' , A nice lilting melody in a latin style, again, very syncopated. 3. 'On the town', Lot's of articulations to master with a tricky chromatic passage in the middle. '4. Beebop ' A fast duet over the changes to Charlie Parker's Donna Lee, great fun, could even try it with a play along! '5 Pops is tops' As the title suggests, strongly influenced with Dixieland jazz language! Reminiscent of the Hot 5 era. I hope you enjoy playing these duets as much as I enjoyed composing them.
