Composed by Richard Wagner. Arranged by Randall Malmstrom. Opera,Romantic Period. Score and parts. 24 pages. Gordon Cherry #6009755. Published by Gordon Cherry (A0.811189).

Das Rheingold is the introductory work from Wagner's monumental Ring Cycle. In it, many of the most important leitmotifs from the Cycle are first heard. Randall Malmstrom's wonderful arrangement of Excerpts from Das Rheingold for 8-part Trombone Ensemble presents a number of the most famous of these leitmotifs heard in the original low brass parts from the opera, including the famous Finale.

This 5-minute arrangement is appropriate for advanced performers.
