One for Larry (2019) for flute, clarinet, and live electronics was composed in memory of noted Avant-Garde composer  Larry Austin, Professor Emeritus at  the University of North Texas. Mr. Austin was noted for his electronic and  computer music works. Austin had important associations with John Cage,  Karlheinz Stockhausen, Leonard Bernstein and others. Larry Austin died on December 30, 2018.
