Composed by James R Murray. Arranged by Nigel Williams. Christmas,Folk,Instructional,Standards. Score. 6 pages. Nigel Williams #6076063. Published by Nigel Williams (A0.763592).

This popular American Christmas carol, also known as Luther's Cradle Hymn is an ideal tune for woodwind duet. The gentle rocking eighth note accompaniment provides a cradle-like feel, and with each instrument having equal share of the melody as well as the accompaniment, students and performers are sure to enjoy performing this duet either in the classroom or in a service of worship. The full score comes with two individual parts attached, and be sure to note the hemiola in measures 38-39, leading into the final cadence. Enjoy browsing my extensive selection of flute duets, trios and quartets available on SMP.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
