Composed by George Gershwin and Ira Gershwin. Arranged by Phil Beaman. Film/TV,Jazz,Standards,Wedding. 6 pages. Phil Beaman #6097501. Published by Phil Beaman (A0.845040).

This is Gershwin re-imagined with a little less pop and a lot more jazz. It goes through many jazz styles including blues, stride, ragtime, swing, etc. The original melody has been slightly altered with some note changes and new rhythms. The piano part is entirely new, creating new styles with a great re-harmonization using extended jazz chords and some unexpected new progressions with some classical riffs. This is a fresh twist on Love Is Here To Stay that is bolder and more expressive. A powerful performance piece for Jazz Clubs, recitals, weddings, and Revues.
