Dynamics have been left to performers discretion but mostly follow the original other than where the arrangement does interesting things, in which case it should be fairly obvious (hopefully!)
I've nominally named the parts just so there is something to refer to and for an idea of high-to-low, but they probably don't strictly fit into classical vocal ranges, so... here's the ranges:
