Daher hat Hans-Martin Linde die beiden Solfeggien (KV 393) für Flöte und Klavier (Basso continuo) bearbeitet und den Flötisten damit zwei dankbare kammermusikalische Stücke zur Verfügung gestellt. Mozart schrieb diese beiden Gesangsübungen im Sommer 1782 für seine Frau Constanze. Es lag nahe, diese untextierten Stücke - wirkliche Perlen Mozart’scher Melodik - für die Flöte zu übertragen, durch Transposition um einen Ton aufwärts.
