Having written an ebook on the subject, I wanted to provide a practical example of each movement type, explained in an accessible yet thorough manner. I'm proud to say that this Suite is my first such example, and I'm delighted with the final product.
Moving forward, I plan to expand the Suite into an orchestral context, and I can't wait to see how it sounds in that form. The Suite follows a traditional Baroque structure, consisting of five movements: Allemande, Courante, Sarabande, Gavotte (including Musette), and Gigue. It is a challenging piece, but I believe it's well worth the effort, as it's a beautiful and rewarding composition.
