Help! was primarily written by John Lennon. In later interviews he admitted that Help! was a subconscious response to the pressures of fame and that commercial pressures had forced the band to record it as an up-tempo pop song rather than a reflective ballad.
This version of Help! is arranged as a duet for one Flute and one Alto Saxophone.
The range will suit musicians at an intermediate level though the fast tempo and syncopated rhythms will represent a challenge. The overall performance time is around two and a half minutes. The full length performance on the YouTube link above is the Alto Saxophone version of this duet.
