Published by Cedric N Elmer (A0.968714).Big Brass Band was one of several melodies and harmonized fragments given to Cedric Elmer to correct and edit circa1983. Due to other obligations, nothing was done with the music until 1988. This arrangement was completed the next year but when I tried to contact Mr. Krause, a neighbor informed me that he had passed away some months before. Frank was a native of Poland - thus the Polka feel of this March.
