This arrangement, for two viola, follows the original structure. From the light, bounding opening to the darker, more intense middle section which finally returns to the opening idea that brings the short composition to a close.
This score is ideal for performance as well as as a teaching aid for more proficient students with interest in both parts to keep both players entertained! It is an excellent piece for demonstrating contrasting moods and playing styles.
