Gabriel Fauré's Op. 33 is a set of three Nocturnes composed between 1875 and 1883. The three pieces are Nocturne in E-flat minor, Nocturne in B major, and Nocturne in A-flat major. Gabriel Fauré was a French composer who was considered the vanguard composer of his generation in France. He was born in 1845 and died in 1924. Throughout his life, he composed works that bore his signature melodic warmth and harmonic sophistication.
