There is no clear order to a performance of music from this suite, and indeed scores from that time give the movements different numbers.
Handel himself arranged his music for different orchestrations and in different keys.
My arrangement has the following pieces
1. Overture
2. Allegro
3.Adagio
4. Air
5. Minuet for the French Horn
6.Boureé
7. Alla Hornpipe
Arranged double wind quintet and double bass.
The horn parts (in F) are mostly Handel's i.e. for natural horn, although in some movements (The Overture and Bourée) I have written my own non natural parts, to thicken up the texture or complete the harmony or chord or to vary the orchestration.
