"Cumbia Sobre el mar" is a cumbia song composed by Rafael Mejia Romani in 1962. This arrangement is inspired by the famous cover of Quantic & Flowering Inferno. 

The instrumentation is adapted for concert band and spotlights a clarinet soloist, for the main theme ad the beginning (played freely) and a solo in the middle of the song.

N.B : the clarinet solo is written but can be easily improvised.
