The simplest version is to have a lead handle the melody. The lead could be vocal or instrumental. Lyrics can be found online.The student alphanote parts are a condensed outline of the song showing only the verse and chorus section accompaniment and melody patterns. These sheets are handy for rehearsal and independent practice, but they do not show the form of the song or match the score. It is expected the director will use the score and cue the sections to provide form. This arrangement is intended for school Orff and marimba ensembles. It comes with score and parts. The Orff parts are in alphanote format to help young musicians who may not have strong enough skills to read standard notation. Lead sheets are also provided for transposing instruments.
