Composed by Ludwig van Beethoven. Arranged by Georg Mertens. Classical,Concert,Standards,World. Score and parts. 8 pages. Georg Mertens #3508865. Published by Georg Mertens (A0.790853).

This posthumous Sonata is originally written for mandolin and harpsichord, a very unusual combination for Beethoven.
I got this Sonatina to know in a transcription for cello and piano. However after viewing the original I realised, the original tempo indication is adagio - not andantino - and also the melody parts were often swapped around - with no advantage on the effect.
In this edition I started from scratch - the original Beethoven version.
I found also that the guitar reflects the character of the harpsichord better than the piano. It sounds very beautiful together.
Here our Duo I transcribed it for: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=__q3aigIqsc
