Published by Tim Attride (A0.851269).A variation on the (well-hidden) harvest tune "Wir Pflugen" which appears after a few bars, slowly in the pedals. Much less ploughing and scattering than resting at the end of the day, foot on fence & glass in hand surveying the work of the day. Possibly taking a little time for the congregation to realise, the tune reaches a Howellsian conclusion. Reasonably simple once the pedal line is mastered, this is effective on even the smallest of instruments - or the quiet stops on the largest of instruments.
