This anthem for SSA voices and piano musically references "What Child is This” and uses Phillips Brooks' verse one from "O little Town of Bethlehem". In three, the lyrical music also features an optional flute (or other treble C-Instrument) part. The final refrain features a vocal snippet from "What Child is This?” The flute part is included in the octavo.
