"Being Alive" is a song from the musical Company with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim. The song appears at the end of the second act and is sung by Robert, a 35-year-old bachelor at the center of the show, who "...realizes that being a lone wolf isn't all it's cracked up to be. He declares that he wants to take risks, to have fear, being heartbroken - or whatever happens when you decide to love and be loved. This arrangement is a sung version of the theme adapted for violin and piano.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
