Composed by Based on a Harp Tune by Turloch O'Carolan. Arranged by Peggy Carter. 20th Century,Folk. Octavo. 7 pages. Peggy Carter #5995143. Published by Peggy Carter (A0.945420).

This tune is attributed to Turlough O’Carolan, Born in 1670, he was blinded by smallpox at the age of 18 and became an itenerant harper. He wrote much music for wealthy patrons. A significant amount  of his works are preserved in single line melody and this one is presented with atypical harmonies and original lyrics appropriate for advanced singers who have learned to listen to each other to sing unusual harmonies in tune. Diverse audiences of all ages will enjoy this flight into a "Celtic Fantasy." Follow Choral Music by Peggy Carter on FaceBook.
