The range should be sing-able by almost all singers regardless of which line they are singing. That said, SAA, SAB, or TBB will probably sound best. There are clefs written but they are for ease of reading and are not intended to be prescriptive for the performers. While the melody itself is not difficult, the staggered entrances do provide a bit of a challenge but it should still be manageable by most intermediate singers.
