A setting of the Lord’s Prayer with modern language, this piece is perfect when suitable reflective music is needed after a prayer, especially the Lord’s Prayer. There is a slightly contemporary sound to the music, and there are just enough dynamic markings to make the piece genuinely expressive. The 2nd and 3rd verses are followed by a very memorable section of vocalized “Loo’s”, and finally an “Amen”. Easy, beautiful, and soothing.
