Composed by Jerome Kern. Arranged by Dave Gingras, John E. Dosher. Broadway,Musical/Show. Score. 4 pages. DAVID LEE GINGRAS #5744249. Published by DAVID LEE GINGRAS (A0.794055).

"The Way You Look Tonight" is a song from the film "Swing Time" that was performed by Fred Astaire and composed by Jerome Kern with lyrics written by Dorothy Fields. It won the Academy Award for Best Original Song in 1936. This is a contemporary piano-only arrangement that makes use of a root-based chord-blocking technique that John and I have used in a number of our arrangements. We also added some interesting left-hand fills and counter-melodies that we think make for an interesting and fun to play arrangement - John and I hope you like what we've done!

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
