Commissioned by Sistrum, Lansing, Michigan's Women's Chorus under the direction of Meredith Bowen. The lovely poetry by Ms. Radish is simple and gorgeous, exploring dark to light, love and possibility, and the ability to achieve anything. A three-movement work for SSAA choir with piano and percussion, this work is recorded by Sistrum on their CD "Dancing Naked at the Edge of Dawn" on the Blue Griffin Recording label. The audio clip comes from the third movement of this work.
