At its heart, the lyric for the song is a love ballad, and this is what has been emphasised in this arrangement. There are a lot of complexities in the writing, and it is designed for accomplished choirs. It should be an absolute gem in a programme though, demonstrating lots of choral technique whilst crossing that genre divide between classical and rock.
